Movado Stainless Steel manual wind model circa 1940’s. 31 X 40mm case with hooded wishbone style lugs and screw down back. Very pleasing original warmly patina’d dial with mirror silver track and luminous 12/3/9 indexes and matching luminous hands. 17 jewel manual wind movement with subsidiary seconds. With complementary leather strap. A very nice looking vintage man’s model. Yes, Movado was a watch maker of some renown long before the introduction of the modern generation of the museum model!
