Dissolve a single serving of the product – 25 g (4 scoops) in 400 ml of water, using a shaker. Use 1 serving daily. On training days: 1 serving 30 min. before training or 1 serving immediately after training. On non-training days: 1st serving 30 min. before the first meal or 1 serving 30 min. before the main meal. Warning! Do not use before bedtime! Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
