Description Pollock is grayish-brown fish that is firm in texture. It has a fairly mild, delicate flavor similar to Cod. Pollock is a smaller, North Pacific dwelling groundfish. Larger fillets are often available in the fall. Available in frozen, skinless fillets. 4-6 oz. Product Preparation Pollock fillets arrive frozen. To thaw, place in refrigerator or submerge in cold water. The texture of Perch allows it to hold up fairly well to heavy seasoning.        Region USA
