Description Pompano is a flat-bodied, marine fish. Its fillets have a sweet, mild flavor with a pearly white flesh. This fish is firm but finely flaked. Pompano is commonly found off the coast of Florida in the United States. Available frozen,5-7 ounce fillets (skinless). Product Preparation Pompano fillets arrive frozen.
